Accessibility Statement

nomm designs websites that are usable by as many people as possible — that applies to our own site too. Below are the measures we've actually implemented, along with known limitations of this website.
Measures implemented
- A "Skip to content" link for keyboard and screen reader use, right at the start of every page
- Semantic structure with a clear heading hierarchy (h1 → h2 → h3)
- Visible focus ring on all interactive elements during keyboard use
- Alt text on all content-bearing images
- Decorative elements (background video, animated cursor, animated hero text) are hidden from screen readers via
aria-hidden; the underlying text is always kept as a regular, readable element - Full support for
prefers-reduced-motion: with that system setting on, smooth scroll, parallax, and particle effects are disabled and content appears directly - Sufficient colour contrast between text and background in the dark colour scheme
- The custom cursor effect is limited to devices with a mouse or trackpad (
pointer: fine) and does not affect touch or keyboard use
